ROBYN AND LISSETTE
Robyn and Lissette came together as business partners after seeing a gap in the market for a trustworthy cleaning service. Together they aim to provide a seamless experience between cleaners and clients.
Lissette has been cleaning homes for over 20 years and is the Head Cleaner, Co-founder and Trainer for SparkleNest. She instills in all cleaners the importance of a consistently thorough clean. Robyn, Co-founder of SparkleNest has been an Austinite for 25 years and prioritizes giving back to the local community. She has an extensive background in Customer Service and recognizes the value in creating and maintaining genuine relationships with clients. She also has experience assisting in running local charities. Robyn and Lissette see the foundation of a quality cleaning service as establishing a relationship built on trust with every client.

Every cleaning service is completely customized to each client dependent upon their home and preferences. At SparkleNest, we prefer to do a home visit to meet the client first. This way we can develop a relationship and really understand what the client needs and how we can deliver before providing a quote and booking a service.
ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE
At SparkleNest we offer a range of cleaning services, including: Standard Clean, Deep Clean and a Move in or Move out Clean. Each service is also able to be tailored to your liking, for example we can use all organic products. We understand that each situation requires customization and we want to leave your home sparkling!
